LAS VEGAS, March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. today announced that it has been awarded one of the first gaming manufacturer licenses by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The Board voted unanimously yesterday to grant Aristocrat Technologies one of the first six licenses to be a manufacturer of slot machines and associated equipment for the state's new gaming program. The Gaming Control Board received an additional seven applications for the first phase and will address those at a later date.
